No, unfortunately not in PES3 anyway. If you create a new player, best to pick a reserve from a squad with the right nationality, then use the "free club transfer" unlockable feature to send to the right team. Then use the "edit team strategy" also buyable from the shop, to send to the first team.

You need to use free webspace to upload the goals to, then post the links as new threads in the correct sections. Here's a link for the programs to upload & reduce the file sizes. And this is a link giving you some free webspace sites, if you don't have your own free space provided by your ISP.
