Once you install it in system settings it will ask you to save your edit data. Click yes. Once done quit the game and copy the edit data for this option file back over. That is how I did it

Make sure the file structure is: PS3/SAVEDATA Make sure the PS3 folder isn't in any other folder otherwise it won't work. ;)
