It seems that early reports about PES 2009 are that there is a new mode that allows online players to pit their wits against each other with their ML teams. I for one, am extremely chuffed :happy: about this and think it will be a fantastic way to have online leagues with your own fantasy teams...

Using your master league teams online is a fantastic function that will be extremely useful. I'm glad they have made it a mode onto itself. It adds some spice creating a team that you can punish people with online.

Messi is ideal to front the game. More power to Konami if they have made this decision. I wonder who the regional cover stars will be. As covers in other continents usually have different stars. Messi is a deserving international front star.

I use a wireless connection. But if the connection is shared by another PC or console then lag happens. Not trying to point any fingers Duggano but when I played Sully the connection was good... Any ideas? I still think you guys should play again... Those default 3 nils would paint a very...

As the lag was so bad the match should be played again in my opinion. Call that one a warm up... That default 3-0 rule is not serious. What about the goal scorers etc. All I know if I was Duggano, I wouldn't want to go through like that.
