I think I know why the penalties aren't awarded easily. The com sucks at taking them. I managed to get to a penalty shootout in the BAL mode. I was substituted as always and watched the com controlled players miss 4 of the first 5 pk's and even saw the com getting a goal awarded that was saved...

Im on Chapter 11 and must say it is on the path to be the 2nd favourite game after MGS1. It all depends if it can finish as strong as it's played so far. The pace is exhilirating.

Dribbling in 2010 is perfect IMO. Layoff the R1, use the R2 to get the ball under control and watch the defenders movement and you can beat players with average dribblers.

Broadcast 1 is the way to go IMO
