Yeah, Mamadou Sakho is a good central/left defender. He's 18 in the first season, I think, and still he's one of the most important players of Paris-Saint Germain (spelling?) whenever AI plays them. Him and Micah Richards are amongst the best young defenders IMO.

I guess he's just highly unsatisfied with his situation in the team, do you send him to play often? I'd say no, because if you don't then the player's heart will go lower and lower, probably up to being broken (I don't know for sure, never had such a situation). Either let him go or play him...

You might be right here, it wouldn't make any sense having both full backs and side backs if they're distinguishable anyway.

That would be really useful, especially while playing with the default ML team - their stats are so low and they make so many stupid mistakes, that it could be a nice way to improve your game by bringing in someone better who would motivate them on field to make them understand the play better etc.

Save each week of the transfer period, if you move to the next week and see some crazy transfers - load the game and try again, it's as simple as that.

Full back is a general term for both left and right side defenders. You can hear it in the commentary while running down a flank "They've got behind the full back" or something like that.
