Been there done that, unfortunately when you convert from pes3 to we7ij, the rosters,appearences and boots get all messed up, but the rosters are correct in lineups screen, but it's a pain in the arse looking for players to edit.(so hard to find) That's why i'm in the middle of making a WE7IJ...

YOU CAN add created players to clubs if you use a PES3ProgramEditor, it also changes nationalities and does transfers, so no need to add created players you can just change a players nationality not at the club anymore. ;)
