You can install a patch with real Bundesliga players. Pes Galaxy, or Extreme, which is what im using. I dont know how that works on PS, or xBox though.

Im using -1 too. Its perfectly balanced between dynamic and slow. 0 feel unrealistic to me, -2 is little bit like slow motion, doesnt feel natural. edit: I dont know why I said -2, my mistake.
