No, its current promotion breakpoint. You never noticed how it changes? There's a limit of players in each division, ofcourse breakpoint has to change in order to have proper number of players promoting or relegating. My advice is to get to 510 next time.

? What do you mean by "issue"? Its totally logical, the promotion doesnt depend on number of points, but on percentage of teams that will go up or down. Its natural that it changes depending on other people points.

Promotion/relegation break point changes all the time, usually it increases at monday night because everyone is desperately trying to secure the spot.
