go for "Download content and update data" just find it on top menu's option then choose "Download" and just download what you need to update... it will fix your prob if your pes is realy UK version or region 2 same above..just try it ;)

i think its true you can broke your player heart..and he will make annoying comment... but i didn't find a problem with that, i still play the player who has blue arrow..and didn't show much effect... (note i use ML original team such as Ivarof,Castolo,Ximeles etc.)
