I have done all the steps and burned the patch using Nero. I have a flip top lid and when i run the game it just wont work. I am using Jonnyboys patch or at least trying to!

I am in dire need of help. I have gone thorugh most of the process find but i am stuck at the CDmage step. When i open up SOCCER3.ISO, i cannot find save as. There is a save boot disk but this is faded (if you know what i mean) and is not allowing me to go into it!!
