As all PEs-games, there is no consstancy... So u can never really train urself for a 100% goal rating. All u can do is follow the tips LFCPower gave u with a good Free Kicker (high shotpower, high shot acc. and swerve stats)

The thing I hated in soccer games was the consistancy (don't mind spelling, I'm from Holland) in the game. Spots on the pitch where u could shoot from and always scored... Now that there's barely ANY consistancy, I've been wanting it back... :p
