I think BI is right...finally we are learning from our mistakes although it's really hard to find some! In my opinion it looks a bit to bright for Gilardino... Nevertheless the work is amazing!

You need to replace any *.bin file with the help of GGS.When you want to keep the special face you have to take the "facewXXX.bin" of Alan Smith and put it over another "wXXX.bin"...the best would be if you replace one of the last faces (e.g. "w260.bin") because these are only the referee's faces!
