I would delete the system dataand edit file, then download the dlc again, then re-copy the edit data, if that doesnt work, I'd delete it all and start from the beginnning again

I don't think it will work for your trophy I may be wrong. I have done 8.5 yrs done, and I'm letting the coach take control to make the yrs go faster. I have 90% of trophies still need; 75% online win rate 5 direct free kicks 10 years service

If you delete the system data you will have to download the DLC again before recopying the edit data file to download DLC, go to extra content (i think its called) on the menu screen

I got this error at first, but then I found that you have to delete all other PES save data before installing. Start by trying to copy the edit data again and over right any other edit data file you have
