You forgot to mention that the game is shi*e, a truly awful footballing experience and that it would be an insult to compare Pro 2008 & 2009 to previous versions of what once the greatest footy game around.

That's is just your opinion....and mine as well!!. The core PES game this year looks no more different to last year. The PES transition on to next-gen has been awful and that's being kind. There is a distinct different in the way players move around the pitch from old PES games on the PS2...

What a great point, gameplay still looks as shite as pes2008. Players are sliding on the pitch fifa style, what crap!! Seabass and co have dropped the ball big time re PES's transition to next gen consoles. I can only hope that they get their finger out for PES 2010!.

Wingers for sure and some of the more of the pacier strikers. You give them a few bursts of pace and by the end of the game the poor sods are on a bloody downer!!!!

You're right, Aki did mention it a lot that they had gone back to the drawing board but my ineterpretaition of what Seasbass said last year when they received so much criticism for PES2008 was that this years edition of PES would come a little too soon to make the kind of changes PES needed...

TBH I won't be too fussed if there is no Carlsberg, i've bought this seasons jersey and it's the one without Carlsberg. I'm sure there'll be a work around one way or another for those that thise are bothered by it.
