nope. unless somebody releases a region free copy, it does matter ;) . btw i got the update on pc and ps3 ( im not going to on my 360) and its pretty good ,commentators actually make sense now, it seems the refs book u after advantage etc, and the gameplay seems a bit faster kinda

EDIT: On ps3 u goto system settings after installing it and click download and it has kits for them spanish teams and updated squads, im gona try on x360 soon, hopefully it will not effect the patch
