I think Ruskin, Jaric and Dodo are the best players in the first year. The attacking midfielders are shite, they are slow and cannot fee the strikers. Ordaz and Hamsun have their moments (few and far between mind you) I try to sign a decent striker and alternate playing time between them.

I like the loans, you get them back and a little cash. Although sometimes i want the full transfer fee so i can chase more talented players.

Not every player gets an offer mate. Most of the guys you puton the tranfer wire are not picked up, a little less than half in my experience. Usually the guys that do get offers are the young gunners with good potential, nobody wants a 36 year old waste of space.
