Ronaldo-9, this is an OPTION FILE. It does only take care of transfer and player details. To get those ads, balls, boots etc, you must download the patch files and patch your PES4, as stated/explained above and in MANY other pages & threads. And yes, this is for the PS2 version.

A patch will give you a WAY more realistic and interesting view of your PES4 (new matchballs, kits, boots, chants etc added, stadiums edited, more realistic faces +++) An OF (option file) gives you a well updated list of teams (club and national), the ORIGINAL kits for teams like i.e. VFB...
