Where can i get the U.S. PC version (WE PES 2007) of the option file?

Hello, I am new to PES and its' editing functions. Is it possible to export certain features (ie. logos, emblems, names, commentary) from an active option file. I would like to export theses features and then import them into a new option file. Thanks for any suggestions.
