Yes it is. I have had no problems so far with this swap disk. Ko_nami you need to use good quality dvds when you rip and apparently burn at slow speeds to save ps2's laser - which may be celini's problem?

I have sucessfully burnt we9 (jap) version by: 1. create iso using dvd decrypter (mode>iso>read) and burn to a folder of your choice. 2. added fernando v4 patch using ppfomatic3 (not necessary if you can read japanese!) 3. burn iso image using dvd decrypter (mode>iso>write) and voila...
