I had this problem too. I think you have to download and install the latest PES updates from in the games menu, but for me it takes a couple of hours. Then try the Option File.

I downloaded and installed the latest data pack and have a question? The game just mentions 12 new boots.Does this pack have the fixes or do I need to download something else please?thanks and can't wait to here some option file news soon.
