I've heard that your should never Turn off the PS3 while "loading" or game freezing as it can damage the PS3... A tip I was given (and it works) - don;t switch off the PS3 - instead press the eject button - the disc will come out. Re insert the disc and your PS3 will reboot properly.

I hear what you'r saying mate - it makes it unplayable. But I wouldn't say its a bug or issue with the game - its to do with the quality of connections.

I agree with Douglas on this one - through balls (especially chipped through balls) have been too easy and precise in the past....You have to be far more careful now which isn't necessarily a bad thing.
