I think it is something about the license. It must be available only for Asia, I guess, a problem similar to the one that do not allow to play with Libertadores teams on friendly match, for example. If this is not the reason, it's inexplicable...

They should link about the Mexican League too... I know it is licensed on FIFA 13, but Eredivisie and Ligue 1 is there already. Other Latin American Leagues are not attractive enough to be part of the game. And it's unbelievable why J-League is on Asian version only...
