its the firmware, there a new code in there that detects the origin of the option file and if it not your psp it come up with that message. no way of getting round it unless you "tamper" with your psp

generally i would have to agree with you but Microsoft lost 4 billion on the x-box, even thought they claim to have expected it, if you expected to lose money why do it?
