It is probably because the option file runs on a lower version. Since you have 1.40, it is very likely. Seen you have 1.40, lets say the option file is based on 1.20 or whatever lower version. This could cause your problem. Hope this helped you in any way.

Yes his dribbling accuracy is 92 when you start ml, dribbling speed is like 94 ;)
