The same theory works for off-season training. You can train for an infinite amount of times until you are satisfied with your player's stats. I've never used it though. It's too time consuming and I'd hate to cheat.

The England League is harder than all the rest by a mile. Between Serie A, La liga and the England League, La Liga is the easiest.
