FYI, reviews are out. I'm not reading any of them though, as I'm definitely going to get this as soon as I get the text from my local store to pick it up.
I don't care about the entertainment bits. It'll be region locked, so apart from the US, I doubt people from the rest of the world will get the full experience anyway.
I've recently started playing Mafia II GOTY that I bought second hand. I'm glad that I did that, rather than buying at full price. It's terrible. I just can't deal with the choppyness.
On the PS3 actually. Every once in a while I'd get some sort of input lag. If I move my character forward, he'll continue to move forward for about 5 seconds despite you already changing the analog direction.
God of War 3 -- The graphics are gorgeous. I'm not sure if I will be able to complete this because of the hack and slash system, which I am not a big fan of.

It depends on the people, I guess. It's mostly about finding your way from point A to point B without being discovered. I think if you're a fan of Metal Gear Solid, you'd most probably enjoy this.
After completing my missions, I tend to watch a youtuber, tetraninja, to see how his approach differs than mine. I really like the fact that this game allows the gamer to decide how to approach the mission, rather than a linear one.
