Just use free training. I still use it and I am rather good at the game. 1) Just practice freekicks until you understand it fully. 2) With defense, it just takes concentration. 3) Crosses and headers are all about timing.

You just buy a HDD (if you have a network adapter) and HDAdvance. It comes with the HDD boot discs and you juts place the game in the tray after HDAdvance has loaded and click on install. Or you can place the HDD in your computer and transfer the ISO's to it. I would suggest you visit...

The best way to not waste DVD's is to use a HDD. If you have a PS2 you can use HDLoader/HDAdvance or if you have a PSTwo you can use USB Extreme. The best part............your system does not need to be chipped or modded in any way. No modchip, no swap magic, and no more wasted DVD's.
