all U21 & U23 (ie U21 squads.. Brazil, England etc) Players in game have overwritten classic players.. Classic players have been moved to national slots to keep the classic teams and so the classic players cannot be selected in master league.. New players have over written the old U21...

use pes editor.. copy all players manually like for like.. it will mess thing up otherwise.. basically the whole player database has been restructured... which i must also point out if anyone has started a master league, they must restart it with this new option file... i.e the likes of...

if your going to implement your work.. maybe could look at releasing it in the next update..... I dont plan on doing any more work on this file now till after the transfer window... Btw just to let you know there is few teams I have adjusted stats for not just Liverpool... Arsenal...

make sure it the .max version your are downloading... and copying on to your maxdrive UBMLOF_PES2009_V1.6_ES-EN-IT-PT.max

when you select your devices i.e. memory card 1 or 2 or maxdrive... selecting the maxdrive would select it as the primary device... after a short wait, contents should then appear... make sure the file contains a prefix .max on your option file on the PC before plugging in to your PS2...

right ok not a usb problem then.... has to be something your doing wrong... bare in mind... the ps2 only likes certain types of usb sticks.. so is it an actual maxdrive you are using or another usb memory stick ? anything with high capacity over 512mb usually .. struggles to work well, if at...
