I personally think -1 on Superstar is the perfect balance, as you say sometimes the games feel a bit frantic and 100 miles an hour from start to finish, -1 speed slows the game down enough to make it less of a blur but still keeps the games moving at a nice realistic pace.

You could have saved yourself and us a whole lot of reading time by just simply writing "i am shit at this game"

They have fixed this issue with today's patch.

So after getting really frustrated at losing the same type of goal over and over one were the AI will just pass its way through the middle of my defence and score. I went looking for a new set up and in advanced instructions under defence i found Swarm the box, this seems to be working really...

I've had 5 or 6 so far in 2 and a bit seasons, it's certainly easier than last years game to win a penalty by timing the AI's tackles and getting fouled in the box. I find the penalties themselves very hard to score tho.

I would like Chris Sutton as a replacement to Beglin, so that i can have him call my defending "Horrendous" and to tell me "the job is to big for me"

That is the issue here your having to sell to buy and that just isn't how modern football operates in this day and age, needs reviewing i think.

That value from Madrid is actually really realistic if you think about modern day footballers prices. But in order to deal with these values they certainly need to up the clubs finances to win a treble and get £5 million is not realistic.

Good seems like you have a nice balance with that setup, i like the odd nil nil and 1 nil scoreline tbh the tight games make the game more enjoyable.

How does that feel in real time tho do the games go on forever? and what kind of scores do you get now?

Yeah that is annoying i suspect you wont be the only one caught out by the new system its silly not have some kind of warning. And yes Lobato will probably end up at the Nou Camp and forget you ever existed the fickle nature of footballers :rolleyes:

Yeah certainly no warning from what i seen, i can only assume they have done that on purpose to give you the feeling of more control, but as you say if you forget that your 90 rated top striker is out of contract and he leaves for nothing i think you would feel anything but in control. :no::no...

I did a few of my players manually at the start of my second season because as you said their was no indication of players contract being up which i found strange. Most of my players had a year to go so i just started negotiations myself with these players.

Okay so enjoy it look for the positives of which their are many in this years game, the scripting is there we all know it is as is true with most games it doesn't mean you cant work your way round it.
