It happens with every new PES. The first games on a tough quality just get you pretty much mad. But it gets better, and PES5 has grown on me alot. It definately better than PES4. I did it when I lost the FA cup final :laugh:

I've just got the game, and the freekicks are pretty much like they were in Pes3 thank god. There seems to be no formula for scoring fk's though, sometimes the ball just hits the wall when you kick it the same style as you did when you scored. I've found Totti to be a surprisingly good fk taker...

Exactly. I used to love Thug1 but the second part was just shite, it went way too far from the heart of the game, skateboarding. The idea of having the entire city in the game sounds good though, maybe I'll get this later with a bargain price.

This dude that goes to the same school with me told that he won't play this game anymore because you get so addicted to it. Seems like a really unhealthy game to me :D

There seems to be quite a lot of us MGS fans on this forum, but I couldn't find a thread about the oncoming MGS4. It's supposed to be released with the launch of Play Station 3. Here's the Trailer I'll post a better link when I can find one. :)

Just downloading the demo, I have to say my expectations are pretty big.

Snake's one of the best characters I've ever seen in a video game. I'm really looking forward to the next MGS that's going to be on Play Station 3. Iäve already seen the trailer and it looks amazing!

I've seen a few of those on video, but I doubt it can be done on Pes or We. I've never even seen anyone geteven close with a goal kick, although it's possible to score from your side of the pitch. I'm pretty sure some idiot claims right after this post he has scored from a goal kick. ;)

Just place your defence quite low on the pitch, and try to attack fast. This way the opponent doesn't get so many counter-attacks. If you're into posession playing, a good way is to keep your side backs low and just slide the opponent if the situation looks bad.

Never seen this happen, maybe because I win most of the time ;) I might try to make it happen when my PS2 gets fixed.

I think 8.5 is the highest you can have, on 6 star difficulty you might just get an 8 by scoring 4 or 5 goals.
