I think you can make it yourself, but it is really complicating and invlolves alot hex-editing. And I think you would also have to remove some of the commentry names that is already in the game. I'm also pretty sure there has not been a commentry patch released. You can try your luck here...

Since my patch does not use KitServer, there are only 2 kits for every team. Also, may I ask which team you are refering to?

Sorry, I can't quite remember since my last bit of patcihng was done during the Christmas break. I think the data are stored in the 2nd bin file of cv_0.img or cv_1.img. I think you would need hex-editing software though.

hmmm, it's weird that the file(s) you have downloaded only comes in the form of a singular file...but that is unless you have just downloaded one face. The usage of GGS is more or less the same as AFS Explorer, but you would have to right click to have the option of overwriting a certain .bin...

It is impossible to edit the kits on the in-game editor like how you were able to before applying the patch, unless you remove the patch. If you'd really want to edit the kits then I recommend you to use Game Graphic Studio to select the kits you want to edit and extract them (from cv_0.img)...
