Doesn't anyone here find PES5 a tad too fast? I got used to playing WE9 and now PES5 seems to be very fast, which I don't really like.

You need to make a so called 'bootpack' consisting of two bins containing the bmps of all the boots you want. A guy called Sykesy (might spell it differently) made a great tutorial which is well worth following. I have hosted it for you here...

You will need to re-size the afs and rebuild the ISO. There are guides regarding this floating around. But when it comes to flags, badges and logos I would recommend trying to keep the sizes/palettes as small as possible.

PES4 kits work in PES5, but you will need to insert them using the latest GGS that will cut up your bmp automatically into three parts (shirt, shorts and socks). You will then need to set the kit model etc and you will need to choose "WE8 Narrow back" if you want to use an old kit.

Use Apache2. Available in the downloads section.

Opening the O_TEXT.AFS with the latest GGS (Game Graphic Studio) gives you the option opening two different AFL's that will transform the uni bins to all be called uni006 etc etc.

PS2 every time. I have played a lot on both systems and the X-Box version is wank. Shoddy controls (and controllers for that matter) and some very strange passing mechanics.

You will need to open your extracted O_TEXT.AFS in GGS and find the ball you want to replace (they are the first 10 or so files in the O_TEXT). All ball files consist of two bins per ball. The actual ball bmp and then the mdl file. The bmp is the picture of the ball and the mdl file lets...

What bin files have you downloaded? As a general rule you just replace the corresponding file using GGS or DkZ Studio. Right click and choose replace file and thgen choose your new bin. Easy.

Please stop all this talk of PES5 as it just causes problems. We don't want the site to get closed down due to 'warez' chat now do we? Buy the game when it's released and THEN start the patching!

What you have there my friend is called warez. If I was you I would wait until PES5 is actually released before asking for help in patching it. I understand that you want a full patch asap (don't we all?). But talking about having a copy pf PES5 is likely to get you banned.

I am 31. I started playing ISS Pro Evolution Soccer when it was released and I have never looked back. I can't wait for PES5 to be relseased and it just happens to be the same day my wife turns 28. Guess what she'll be getting for her birthday.............

There will surely be some kind of fix that will fool the DNAS protection as there was for playing Burnout 3 backups or directly from your PS2 HDD. So I am pretty sure something similar will be released for PES5.

Me too. I am just using WE9 to experiment on as we wait for PES5. The AFS structure should be almost identical.
