Well I can't find anything in the PES 2008 official guide to suggest it does anything. I would assume the only thing it could possibly affect is the teamwork ability - but, like I say it's not mentioned.

In the formation settings screen you can define what these do... can't remember which option exactly but it's one of them ;) They are things such as Counter Attack, Offside Trap etc. If used correctly they can be effective, I guess - but personally I've been playing for 10 years and never used...

You can't have more than a few kits due to the way you have to import them. The Option Files created are as good as they'll ever be probably.

The site is easily receiving more visitors than it ever has. It tops the searches on Google for PES 2008 and Pro Evolution Soccer 2008. The blog has taken attention off the forum a little, I guess... but still, between 400 and 600 people are registering every day - the majority obviously are...

Those suggesting the decline in posting are the guys who have been around for 3 to 4 years... who are now mostly older and generally wiser. I dare say you could look back at the first few hundred posts of many members who moan about the decline and see they too posted a load of crap for a good...

Well a forum can be hidden but still work if you know the URL - so that's how it would work. But, it doesn't HAVE to be hidden anyway really? Just a sub-forum of the bookie for the actual matches... with the main forum containing the 'Premier League Games 6th January' thread and the like.

Firstly, simply double click in the text area on the forumdisplay.php page to rename it. I am not entirely sure I follow what you said regards the organisation, so let me clarify. You basically want the bet threads to be placed in a seperate forum which is not visible nor searchable by users...

Whether the spam area exists or not, you will still get people multi-posting in threads outside of the Spam Forum. Keeping it limits the spamming of other areas so it won't be being removed.
