There are so many to choose from, and neither has been mentioned in this thread yet. Anyway, i'd like to mention not a soundtrack, but an intro music that always comes to mind when i think of good tracks. The Battlefield 1942 theme. :dribble:

Titan Quest. Very similar to Diablo, but Greek style. I recommend it to those of you who like Diablo and are waiting for the third installment, if it's ever released.

Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn I thought i'd install it in the laptop. It was a pretty decent game, but i prefer the Icewind Dale series. EDIT: Damn, wrong thread. :doh:

Hardly possible given it's one of the finest RTSs ever created. Looks great. Hopefully, it will be better than Tiberium Wars and Universe at War, two of the games i've had to endure whilst waiting for a good Sci-Fi RTS.

That depends on whether you prefer kicking and punching, or swinging a sword and calling on the powers of Nature to crush your enemies. I used to pick the girl just so i could unleash the dragon on the baddies. :happy: Two player mode was endless fun. It truly is a classic.

That wasn't bad, Jonny. I agree on Syphon Filter, but i don't think the Driver series were underrated. Anyone ever play Parasite Eve on the Playstation? I thought that was a great game. I loved the way they gave some 'realism' to her powers. How about Golden Axe on the Genesis/Mega...

I tried Turning Point: Fall of Liberty. I didn't really like it, but i kept playing for a bit just to see what the invasion of the U.S by the Nazis, would be like.

Yep, that's the one. The Omaha beach assault, is a classic chapter in the history of gaming. COD introduced that down the sight aiming, which was actually originally used for the first time, if i'm not mistaken, in a game called Flash Point. Another great classic of gaming history.

I don't think you'd be saying that a few years ago, when COD hadn't been released yet. The first Medal of Honour, was a classic. Great music and Spielberesque intensity through it all. The latest ones may not be on the level of COD, but the first one was truly memorable.

EA are a sorry lot. The fact that they used the same engine for the C&C and LOTR games, says it all. Though, truth be said, the Medal of Honour series, have always delivered, but only because they had Spielberg's magic touch.

I used to be in a Rainbow Six Clan, many years ago. I was quite good. :smug: I wish i could have played Vegas, but it was far too heavy for my PC to handle. :no:

As far as first person shoot 'em ups go, it wasn't good at all, IMO. The only cool thing about them, was playing as the Predator or an Alien, but only because of the different types of visions they had, and the way you could climb and move all over the place with the Aliens. I also liked...
