I'm quite sure Option Files will be released for WEPES, but I wouldn't be able to put it on your memory card for you. You would have to buy a Max Drive and do it yourself (reason being I have no means of testing it).

So long as your connection is ONLY being used for PES6, it should be fine. No MSN, Torrent etc. should be running.
