When you are choosing which side to play with there is a bar that says auto change(i think)...lower it until it says manual.

You're probably right...I dont know about cheating but ive always thought that playing against the COM is counter productive and you shouldnt get used to it. If you play the COM long enough you end up adapting to its linear and never changing style of play and you might end up opening a thread...

I just got PES5. Had a quick match and i wasnt too impressed. Is it just me or was the demo better...? And i noticed that Ronaldinho's free kick accuracy is 77. WTH were they thinking..? That's fucking blasphemy.

The only reason so many people play this is because there is no other options available. The graphics are better than games like ultima and everquest(sp) but it looks too fantastic for my taste. Its like the difference between Tolkien and Dungeons & Dragons. I'm not dissing the game in any way...
