Hey CR, why don't you provide them all at 2048 ? it's quite easy to resize them at whatever smaller resolution needed with tools like Light Image Resizer

It's 1000 kits slots available IF using 1024 x 1024 resolution. You'll have way less slots available if you use 2048x2048 What I recommend though is having the kits in 2048x2048. It's up to everyone then to resize them at 1024x1024 (or any resolution between 1024x1024 and 2048x2048) if required

Quite sure this will not be possible. You can transfer datas between multiple PES 2017 owners, but not between different versions of the game.
