Nah, its pre determined what stats will grow for what player position (registered). LMF and RMF seem to grow by 4 every time...maybe its different for everyone..

When you get the Red Development arrow you need to get a match rating of 6.5 or higher for that player for the OPR to increase. It increases anywhere between 2-4.
