I know this is more than you asked for, but here is the list of the players I recovered with this method to use on the LigaPro project:

I don't know about appearance, I only use SMcCutcheon tool to edit stats, positions, player IDs, etc. Some things, like player appearances, are better done in-game.

All I know is that lots of players got removed, but most of them are relatively unknown, don't have real/preset faces and probably most people don't care about them. Just for my 2nd portuguese league project I already recovered more than 50 players that were missing using this method...

You need the png files (with the same name as when you imported them) if you want them to import correctly, with all the kits, logos, etc. As far as i know, there's no way to export more than one team at once, you'll have to do it 1-by-1. Also, the edited data should still be there on...

Yeah, Konami sometimes makes life hard for editors. But at least this method works, I've just recovered more than 60 "deleted" free agents to use in my project.

Interesting, I'll try that Most of the player removals were probably intentional (players that transfer to teams that are not in PES probably got removed), so yeah, I'd say that they do realise but don't care much about it.

Welcome back! Your work is really good :thumbsup: I'm glad you didn't quit permanently and happy that you can keep finding joy on doing those kits :)

Btw, on my game Ansu Fati didn't disappear, he is in the "Free Agents" section, and I did the Live update (updated both clubs and national teams) so I'm not really sure why it disappears for some and not for others.

Good thing you got it back! But where did you got it wrong? Was it in Excel, or did it give an error importing it to PES? I've seen some people saying they have problem with older Excel versions, I have Office 365 so mine is updated I guess. Also, I've used his Excel tool for PES 2018...
