I have a program that can edit the editfile from the pc demo. In this file all the players and teams are visible. Also the national teams. As you can see in my file i'm currently.busy to get all the real names so when i'm finished we don't have to wait for foxtrot cuz it's already done.

Last year it became available as a DLC in japan. This year it will probably be available again.. in Japan. It's not released in the rest of the world because they think there isn't enough interest for it.
