There are 4 remaining teams, right? You need to decrease the team number of the Bundesliga to 18 (there's an option to do it somewhere in the menus). The remaining teams are sent to "Other European Teams" section. There are some option files that cover those teams. I think PESWorld OF has it...

What I suggest you to do is to play/simulate 4 separate 16 team leagues using Konami league and then create the Knockout stage using Konami Cup. :thumbsup:
