Exactly my thoughts. I've played the demo, and the in-game visuals are great. Gameplay is a little different from Fifa 10 but not greatly so. It's quite pricey for what you seem to get.

Well it happened just now, I waited a good 20-25 minutes and no response so I had to reboot.

If my game randomly just freezes the whole machine so it's impossible to do absolutely anything, would that hint that my save is corrupt? Or would it point towards something with my machine being a shitehawk?
