you need to format your usb to fat32first, then create WEPES folder in ej G:/WEPES/ inside folder put your kits

no, but i can convert .bin files to .ted files , i made that via hexagesimal and help with editor , works perfect pes18 to pes17, i need to fix pes17 to pes18

yes is for pes17 ps4, you need to go to edit/import/ select skenderbeu.bin file, then click second box to have real players, and you have it if you dont know, see in youtube how to import a team in pes17 ps4

yes this is unique in the world, i only see something like this for old pes in ps3 or ps2, maybe you can use kits in pes18 and copy the stats to them
