to edit color , you need to extract dds to .png with pes file explorer 2014 tool , then you can edit with photoshop , then convert again to .dds file with photosp or other tool. to edit position of numbers or letters yo need to use Kit manager 2016 v5 this two tools works fine with pes 2017 pc...
