Have you unrar it and put it into the correct save data directory? On My Documents if I'm not wrong.

Is it for PS2 or PC? If PS2, make sure the data isn't corrupted.

Maybe the data is corrupted. Delete the Option file save on your memory card and uncrush it again to memory card.

Don't think you can install both Option File.
