How important is it to get the players with the exact preferred formation when buying/trading? If the chemistry is good throughout the team, surely it can't have too much effect?

Anyone notice the glitch where you can loan the majority of players in the world by just setting the future fee to something ridiculous (which you just ignore, come the end of the spell)? I managed to loan David Villa a few seasons into my Chelsea game. :-/

Yes! So ridiculous, especially when you're playing against lesser sides (ie. league one) and rather than crossing in space to their big target man, they'll check back out and play some patient, intricate Barca-esque football until through the middle. Simply doesn't happen irl.

One thing that irks me a bit on Career Mode is the sheer amount of HUGE signings made by everyone in a transfer window, in January there was atleast ten signings atleast £30m+. I think pretty much every other world-class on the player has moved on for ridiculous money in the space of a season...
