How about they just get real noises?! You don't need to buy rights for that! If Konami can hire someone like Harry Gregson-Williams to do the soundtrack for Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots why not get someone to record real ball sound effects.

It's strange how both FIFA & PES have swapped around. FIFA now being the football sim & PES as the arcadey game.

Not sure what you mean by set up but it's pretty much the same. The only difference being the controllers. PS3 is free. If you want to play against people on 360 you have to pay. It's not much though & well worth it. You can download movies from Xbox live. A feature which PS3 will also be...

Are you planning to play online a lot? 360 has a better online experience but PS3 has Blu-ray. Both have their good & bad points.

Wait till PES 2009 is out then you can either make a judgement by the reviews or get whichever game your friends get. Get FIFA!

:fplm: You use it & hope your opponent dives early (either side) which will make him look stupid. How many times have you seen the chip penalty used IRL? Not very often. You're not suppose to use it all the time, it's just there incase you want to.
