I use :x: for pressing, :square: for teammate pressing and :L2: for standing tackle. I'm getting better, but playing against the CPU on Legendary is so frustrating. Pressing the tackle buttons seems to also make the CPU avoid the tackle, so you mostly look like a muppet and miss completely, or...

Do you guys play at a lower difficulty setting to improve your players quicker? I might start playing at the lowest setting, to expedite my VP's growth.

I think Tactical makes more sense, but it's so fucking hard against the CPU on Legendary. I think I'm going to go to World Class level and try to build from there. It's a good thing scoring is relatively easy, otherwise I'd be raped every game.

I've not had that problem, but I keep encountering bugs, mainly in the Arena or once the disc loads. It's usually to do with the control settings. For some reason, the buttons randomly change and I have to fix it everytime, but it stays correct once I've reset it, until I quit FIFA 12...

He has zero pace at the moment. I think we're fine with 4231, but when you receive the ball the three AMs should look to run off you. I wish I didn't gloat after my three MOTM awards in a row. I was shit the next game.

It sure is. Well, so far anyway. I was so pleased to see this introduced. On FIFA 11, I hated that pending transfers would come to nothing, even if you placed a bid a week before deadline day.

I'll be coming on after MOTD. My VP is a left wing-back, but I'm struggling with tactical defending.

Is this still as fast paced and frantic as before? Does everyone disregard their role and chase the ball (I don't mean our team)? How many blue/green/pink afros have you seen so far? I'll be buying this today and I'll probably go online after MOTD.
