Basically I've done it realistically as you would see on a TV scoreboard. So Instead of lets says WLV for Wolves, I changed it to WOL. Went through all the teams that had been changed (Prem and Liga Sagres) and done it that way. So instead of LFC for Liverpool, I changed it to LIV etc etc...
