Only an admin can delete your account. As for changing your username, generally, unless your an admin or elite, you're not allowed to, but, if you ask one of the admins nicely, you might get lucky. Alternatively, you could just buy elite membership.

Don't create a new account - duplicate accounts are, almost always, automatically banned. Just to be clear, do you mean changing your username ('abu97') or the writing under your username (registered user). And yeh, I saw that and thought it was a bit strange. What's wrong people knowing you...
